What this program does
Kinetq uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to:

• Converse with you to schedule an appointment,

• Send an immediate booking confirmation, and

• Send appointment reminders and confirmations.

This Program does not send marketing or promotional texts unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.

How you opt in

You can join the Program in any of the following ways:

Text-initiated (conversational) opt-in. You text Kinetq’s customer published number to request an appointment. We identify ourselves and ask for consent to reminders:
"Hi, this is Kinetq. I can book that. Want text reminders for this and future appointments? Reply YES to consent. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help."
If you reply YES, you are opted in.

Web form opt-in. On customer booking form/interface URL you enter your mobile number and check the required box stating:
"I agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Kinetq. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
After submission, we send a confirmation (welcome) text.

In-person/phone opt-in (if applicable). Our staff may ask for your permission using substantially similar language and record your consent in our system (date/time/source).

We may send a one-time message to confirm your consent and describe how to opt out.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and generally ranges 2–5 messages per appointment (e.g., booking confirmation and appointment reminders, plus any necessary updates).

Fees

We do not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
After you send STOP, we'll send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive Program texts unless you re-opt-in.

Supported carriers & delivery

Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service requires a compatible mobile device and an active wireless plan.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you are the account holder for the phone number you provide or that you have the account holder's permission. You agree to keep your contact information accurate and to notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Eligibility & geographic scope

The Program is intended for U.S. residents who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your state). By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Privacy

We use your phone number and related data only to operate this Program (scheduling, confirmations, reminders), to comply with law, and to maintain security and records of consent/opt-out. Data we keep for compliance

For audit and carrier compliance, we may retain records such as: phone number, opt-in/opt-out text and source (SMS, web, in-person), timestamps, IP (for web forms), and Program messages sent.

No marketing without separate consent

This Program is informational. We will not send promotional or marketing texts under this Program unless you separately provide prior express written consent to a marketing program. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Changes to these SMS terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
